About Boys & Girls Club of Walworth County
The Boys & Girls Club of Walworth County opened its first club in October 2013 at Phoenix Middle School in Delavan. With support from friends like you we are able to expand the impact we have on local kids every year! We currently run a dropout prevention program called Be Great: Graduate at Phoenix Middle School & Delavan-Darien High School that focuses on improving attendance, behavior and academic performance. The students participating have already taken great strides towards reaching their academic goals. In the 2023-2024 school year we offered an after school program, focusing on supporting youth through homework help and BGCA programming that provide hands-on learning activities and critical thinking development. At Boys & Girls Club of Walworth County, it is our goal to lead the way in youth development programs by working together with local businesses, foundations and community programs to produce positive outcomes for as many young people and their families as possible.
